Small batch of rejection

Three of the songs I had in the review queue were rejected, which means three more additions to my Free Audio Page! (It's GOOD news, right?!)
In any case, "Relaxing Woodwind Quintet," "Strings and Horn Horror Ident," and "Tropical Pop Loop" all got the axe. Back to the studio.

2 in the win column

I just got word today that both the "Comic Folk Dance" and the "7 Second Violin Ident" were accepted by Audio Jungle, bringing my total number of recordings for sale up to 298. So close to 300 I can taste it, and that's with three new submissions already in the queue to be reviewed. Here's hoping.

Strings & Horn Horror Ident

Seven seconds with the audio tail, this ident features a short descending violin passage against plodding viola, cello, and bass notes. A horn crescendo and a final pizzicato pluck brings it to a finish. The descending arpeggiated chromatics and tension in the other instruments creates an unsettling and strained feeling for an ident or branding for horror or suspense projects. Submitted today.

Tropical Popo

This is a little tropical pop song that a recorded to give you the idea of a tropical vacation inside of a minute. (Actually a minute and five seconds if you include the audio tail.) Submitted to AJ today, although in 5 different versions (looped vs. non-looped, and also with shorter lengths.)

Relaxing Woodwind Quartet

A calm, relaxing woodwind quartet featuring oboe, flute, clarinet, and bassoon. This serene little piece in the classical style is designed to underscore anything that needs a little refined, tranquil, and restful background music.
Just uploaded it for (hopeful) approval today.

Xylo & Uke Children's Theme rejected

Another rejection - C'est la vie. My Xylo & Uke Children's Theme has been added to the Free Audio page.

7 Second Violin Ident

A quick, merry and pleasant ident featuring solo violin, warm strings, a light pad, and a stinger using stringed bass and a glockenspiel. Classy, charming, and happy. Submitted it today.

Comic Folk Dance

This is a comedic folk dance using clarinet, accordion, violin, bass, and percussive stomps & claps. A little background audio for a funny & frantic scene - I was imagining chasing a toddler around the house.
I just submitted it to Audio Jungle today.

Xylo & Uke Children's Theme

A light-hearted and happy children's theme using xylophone, ukulele, accordion, and bass. 31 seconds including a short audio tail. Jolly, bouncy, and uplifting. I was thinking of a 30 second tv or radio spot for diapers showing a little guy toddling around in the back yard. First official submission today since I got the computer back.

Synth & Bass Loop Rejected

My Synth & Bass Loop didn't get any love from Audio Jungle, so I'm reposting here without the watermark and have put it up on the Free Audio page for download. Quirky - but I liked it.

Violin & Harp Ident accepted

Another setback (laptop battery recall) has kept me from doing much for the last 2 weeks. Could have been worse - I was away on vacation for part of that time anyhow, and wouldn't have done much anyway.

The good news is, the computer's back, and I'm ready to jump back in to all the half-finished projects on it's hard drive.

My Violin and Harp Ident was accepted, and is up for sale on Audio Jungle as I write. It was nice to not have to add it to the free music page.

Now to make up for lost time, and get some more submissions in…
